Which sizes are available?

Available sizes vary by product. Each product page shows the currently selectable sizes and, where provided by the supplier, additional measurements. Please compare these details with a well-fitting garment before ordering.

How do I choose the right colour?

Select a specifically named colour on the product page. Some items may also offer a random-colour variant; if selected, the supplier determines the colour.

How much does shipping cost?

Germany and EU: €6.99 standard shipping below €80 and free from €80. Germany Express: €9.99, where available at checkout. International zone, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia: €6.99 standard shipping below €100 and free from €100. The options shown at checkout for your delivery address are authoritative.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time after processing is about 7–9 business days for Germany and the EU, and about 9–10 business days for the United States, Canada and Australia. Delays due to warehouse location, carrier or customs are possible. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

Is tracking available?

After dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. A tracking number is provided where available for the shipping method used.
